Telex USA has a highly experienced team of in-house energy management experts who can spend quality time with our customers discussing how they can reduce usage and save money.

We will review consumption data and site information to analyze where peak usage is occurring and work with you to understand the nature of your business and how to assist you in reducing your consumption.

We have our own Chartered Energy Managers that visit our customers sites in person: building reports through audits and surveys to understand where the business is consuming the most energy, and ultimately how you can begin using less. This can also be aided through our own Portal, ensuring the customer has complete clarity on areas that can be streamlined.

To ensure our customers have a positive, hassle-free experience with us, Telex USA will assign a dedicated account manager with responsibility for: 

• Meter management, including the processing of meter reads,
• Arranging new connections
• Managing Transfer of Ownership
• The timely delivery of all reporting,
• Ensuring invoices have been billed correctly by the supplier.
• Liaising with the suppliers to clearly answer any day-to-day queries.
